Student logins have been created for every student in the Grady County School System.  Each student will be given their login and password at their school.  Students will keep the same username login from year to year and as they are transferred from school to school. 

Each student will have their own data folder on the server with a quote of 100mb.  The student will be able to access their data from this folder from any computer they login to at their school.  Due to the size limitation on the folder, it is going to be very important that students keep their folders cleaned out.  At the end of the year, all student folders will be purged of all data...no exceptions.  Students will need to save anything they want to keep to some tye of external device.

Students will have no access to other student folders and will not be able to see them.

Login is now required to even access the Internet.  Students must return the Internet Access Form signed by their parent or guardian to have access to the Internet.

It is very important the students logoff the computer when they are not being used or if they plan to step away from them.  All network access is logged and monitored for students and staff.
