Principal's Bio

Originally from Gainesville, GA, Mr. McCurry has been a resident of Cairo since 1994.  He has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from North Georgia College.  He began his teaching career in 1989 in Hall County.  He has since then earned a Master's degree in Middle Grades Education (1997) and a Specialist's Degree in Educational Leadership (2001) from Valdosta State University.  He has been working in Grady County since the 2000-2001 school year.  In 2004 he came to Cairo High as an Assistant Principal.  He assumed the title of Principal of Cairo High School in 2008.
